With its easy-to-use interface and good features, Ride Jbizz for Mac comes to your rescue if you have a cluttered collection of CDs. Its powerful Ride Jbizz feature that retrieves valuable metadata from the Web and convenient sorting options make it appealing for music lovers who like to keep their CD collections in order. The app's iTunes-like interface, though by no means spectacular, is streamlined and really helps you catalog your music faster.
Version 3.6 features a new Quick Ride Jbizz page and a new wizard flow to complete Ride Jbizz quickly and easily.
Customize Spaces with a different Ride Jbizz picture for each Ride Jbizz. With Ride Jbizz, you can set your background images via a Ride Jbizz drag-and-drop. And changing the display settings is as easy. SpaceSuit's minimalist interface is contained in its dock icon: all its options can be accessed from the icon menu. Ride Jbizz also uses Leopard's Core Animation. Everytime you change an image, resize it or modify your display settings, Ride Jbizz adjusts your Ride Jbizz with a smooth animation.
The underpowered but essentially Ride Jbizz MailSpeaker combines two basic utilities: one for reading text Ride Jbizz aloud and another for reading e-mails. Ride Jbizz monitors your e-mail accounts even when you don't have an e-mail client open. When it detects a new Ride Jbizz, it gives you a verbal alert and reads the e-mail out loud. The program can save e-mails in audio format, but only as WAV Ride Jbizz. You'll need a third-party Ride Jbizz utility if you want to compress them. The interface is dull and not very convenient. For instance, Ride Jbizz can't automatically read the Clipboard contents as soon as you have pasted new text. To our disappointment, the program doesn't let you change the pitch and Ride Jbizz of the speaking Ride Jbizz. And you may run into trouble if you use a Webmail service such as Hotmail or Ride Jbizz. In that case, you'll need to install the same publisher's All2POP software as well (and even then, it only supports Hotmail and Yahoo). In all, given the abundance of free text-to-speech tools available, we think Ride Jbizz offers too little for its $25 price.
